At Selora, all sales are considered final.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

* Change of mind
* Incorrect product selection by the customer
* Dissatisfaction with personal preferences after delivery

However, if you receive:

* A damaged item
* A defective item
* An incorrect item

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or other resolution.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Selora reserves the right to review all claims and determine eligibility for replacements or other remedies on a case-by-case basis.
